This section presents international legal acts regulating the activities of UNESCO and the UNESCO International centre.
The adoption of certain internal documents of the UNESCO Center is expressly provided for by law. The other part is created at the discretion of the UNESCO Center, depending on the scope and scale of its activities, the features of the organizational structure, the territorial location of its structural divisions, business practices and simply the experience and customs of business turnover. Local rulemaking is carried out by the UNESCO Center on the basis of legislation and standard forms adopted by the authorized bodies. This section presents local regulations of the UNESCO Center that regulate the activities of its structural divisions, labor relations, and other relationships provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Charter of the UNESCO Center.
